  I hate this place. I give it a shot every few months and hope things changed, but it's already been 3 times in 2026 they've lost my order, after I have received the order is complete via the app.

  I placed a curbside order here and waited over 30 minutes, despite the store bent completely empty. I finally went inside, where employees slowly appeared from the back to assist me and begin working on other orders. To make matters worse, our pizza was messed up, and we still haven’t received a replacement or a refund. Due to this terrible experience, we will not be returning.

  Absolutely disgusting experience. My order was completely wrong—I was missing a pizza, and the one I did get wasn’t even what I ordered. When I opened the box, a fly came out of it. I’m not about to feed my little girls food like that. It took 17 calls just to get someone to answer, then I was put on hold for 10 minutes and ignored. When I finally spoke to a manager, they refused a refund and only offered store credit—meaning I’d still have to pay out of pocket to get it delivered again. Wrong order, unsafe food, and terrible customer service. Never ordering from here again.

  Pizza at this location is disgusting the manager Destiny needs to find another profession. She is rude and seems to enjoy making her customers feel stupid. I didn't appreciate her sarcasm and unwilling to make things right. Dominos created a new app version and somehow allowed me to create a request for all meats pizza and somehow all meat were removed and not sure how that would even ve an option. Destiny manager stated that people in kyle are not bright abs do stuff like this often. That comment was unnecessary and Kyle folks need to be aware. If anyone has any issues like this please don't hesitate to put in a review so corporate can coach this location. I've had issues in the past and the managers have told me that they allow their workers to park in the curb pick up area cause they don't want the drivers parking far. There is enough parking for everyone and that should not be an issue. Destiny manger at thus location, thanks for being rude and insulting everyone in Kyle.

  I have always had a good experience from this location until yesterday evening. Not only did I get someone else’s order but when I tried to call directly to the store I couldn’t get through to talk to the management. Got placed on hold several times. I know sometimes it gets busy and orders get delayed but to get no response from this establishment is just ridiculous.
