- MMMurray family account MFAApr 11, 20261.0Not happy the service every time I go here is slow and normally id be ok with it but they mess my order up every time and last night was the last time im going I ordered the same thing as my mom and they made one right then the other which I remind you was the exact same thing they messed it up they forgot the hot fudge the Carmel and the strawberry syrup on my banana split qhen I went to confront the lady with pink hair she just stood there at the window and said oh this is how I was told to make it and I said OK can I have you fix it or put it on the side she stood there and said no its how she was told to make it so I said OK that's fine it is what it is then she proceeded to stand at the window and stair at us and so I spoke up and said im just waiting for my drink and she goes oh ok that's right and walks away another lady walks up and I ask if I was getting my other drink and she walks away and comes back with it and so I decide to tell her about what happened with the banana split and she went into explaining everything and at that point I just said never mind. Mind you 2 other lady's were just walking around doing nothing one had ice cream she was eating and walking around it was a very unprofessional atmosphere and not very friendly but again this isn't the first time but it most defanetly will be my last time going.

They come back with a bag that HAS MY NAME ON IT. I get home and open my bag and it’s not even the right flavor. My boyfriend’s cup had a literal chunk of ice in it. Making me question my sanity. The San Marcos location is much better, don’t waste ur time or money here.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
