The food was cold! We got some tacos and burritos and they were all stone cold. The cheese wouldn't even melt in them! The taco shells were very stale, which is mind blowing in a new store. Gross.
All the employees were standing in a group talking and acted like we were bothering them by wanting to order food. One girl actually rolled her eyes at us as she came over to take our order and had a snotty attitude.
Won't be back, the Sanger store is way better.
I hate even writing this because we were genuinely excited for a Taco Bell run, but it was disappointing from start to finish.
We went through the drive-through and were missing paid items from our order. Mistakes happen — I truly get that. Food service is hard, and I have grace for that. But when we went inside to politely ask for the rest of the food we had already paid for, we were met with hostility and rudeness instead of a simple apology and fix.
The attitude was the bigger issue. A manager sets the tone for an establishment, and the way this was handled just didn’t reflect basic customer care. No one expects perfection — just accountability and a little kindness.
We love a good Taco Bell night, and it’s frustrating to see the experience ruined by staff who seem like they simply don’t care.
Hoping this location improves, because Krum deserves better.
Food took a while, soggy hardshell tacos from sitting, and nothing put together well. Hope they can pick up the slack. 2 more locations only 8-10 minutes away from this place.

I ordered on the app, waited until the app said my order was ready, went to pick it up, the young lady at the speaker box asked me when I placed it. I answered 5-10 minutes, which was true, it had been just at 10 minutes since I placed it. She proceeds to go "really...?" in an accusatory tone, and continue to be rude. I was nothing but nice and was having a horrible day and I hope that young girl knows she made it worse.
