  ( kirvyville Texas) I'm not sure if it was who'm the company hired in the evening time but we never went to the subway before until we were headed home from visiting family, when we walked in there was only 2 mexican people working, 1 man with black hair 1 women with black hair, we tried to order 2 of the protein sandwiches and they looked at us confused and we litterally had to point to the number we wanted, when the girl got to building the sandwich, we had to tell her 5 timez what we wanted and she was still messing it up.. no English, JUST spanish.. then the guy grabbed the sandwiches at the vegetable station and SAME with him.. no English what so ever , multiple times repeating ourselves over and over and pointing at things, I DON'T know how they even gotten the order right somehow, we also asked him 3 times to bake our bread in the oven because we didn't want the sandwich cold.. the girl opened the oven and closed it then put it BACK on the station and the guy litterally just wrapped it COLD, only thing they baked was the meat, who wants cooked meat and cold sandwich bread?I'm litterally also 8 months pregnant and NOT suppost to be eating any kind of cold bread/tortilla/meat.😂💀 this is ridiculous, it's ONE thing to be bilingual.. but they couldn't even understand English AT ALL OR SPEAK IT, so why hire them? I will be contacting Ice if yall don't hire people that know how to speak English and corporate as well, complete bull.

  Long lines spent my lunch break waiting to order a sandwich. Top it all off they had no tomatoes for my sandwich.
