- RRR&RApr 18, 20262.0Please go to the 59 & Northpark, or better yet, the 1314 Porter location. This store after 9pm is an absolute dumpster fire. The employees on the line are working but the very “hard process” of giving the order to the customer is complicated with all the extra attitude sauce they give with every order. Ignored and talked down to in the drive thru and ignored in the lobby….just pass on this location. Oh, and my dashers that deliver to me from this location completely agree. I actually visit the other two locations now even though I live within .75 miles of this location.
- HGHope GranvilleApr 3, 20261.0I had a really disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location around 12:30 a.m. One of the employees working at that time had a very rude and unprofessional attitude toward me and my boyfriend. We were just trying to order food, and instead of being helpful, she seemed irritated and dismissive for no reason. We didn’t know the exact names of some menu items, and instead of trying to understand or help us, she responded in a rude tone saying things like “What is that?” which made the situation uncomfortable. Customer service should be about patience and helping customers, not making them feel bad for ordering. Overall, the interaction left a negative impression, and I hope management looks into how customers are being treated during late-night hours.
