Jessalyn took our order and was truly exceptional—so kind, patient, and attentive. She made us feel comfortable right away and went above and beyond to help us choose our meal. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a great experience!

I had to order two more bagels and have them toasted. It took less then few minutes to slice and toast the bagels. I would not come here if they had other locations. Only one on the north side now Terrible service by the MOD, not the staff becuase they ask if they could and she said NO

I had a very frustrating experience at this location, and it honestly felt extremely unprofessional from start to finish. The staff seemed disorganized, unprepared, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills.The manager on duty didn’t make things any better. Whether it was due to poor training or just a lack of awareness, they handled the situation very poorly and didn’t seem capable of resolving even simple issues efficiently. Overall, this location seriously needs to improve its hiring and training standards. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with this level of incompetence and disorganization. I would not recommend coming here unless major changes are made.
