  3 times now I’ve ordered from this location and it’s either been completely wrong or took an hour to receive. Ridiculous. There are too many good places to eat that care about the customer experience to be making mistakes like this repeatedly. I won’t be ordering from this location ever again.

  Been to this Jimmy John's location for lunch probably 5 times in the last year. But I'm done, won't return. The cashier is consistently unfriendly. The food is usually good. But they're very slow. This time was the slowest, pretty sure I got my sandwich 15-20 minutes after ordering. Only two ladies working (they honestly needed more help, I think they had some online orders they were prepping in addition to the 5 or so customers in the store). And they made my order wrong (I ordered the #9 Italian nightclub with added bacon). Well I got the bacon, but no other meats. My receipt did show my order correctly though (#9 with bacon), so that's $2 wasted. I want my $2 back. Lol

  I've had better experiences here. There are two boys at the counter that make the experience poor with their attitudes. They make it seem as though you are bothering them when you order and ready for you to get out of their face, especially the one with the black glasses. I work in close proximity to the building, every time I go here and those two are there they are rude. Slamming my cup down, quickly asking me if thats all before I can say anything else, etc. I've worked food, I understand not every day is a great day and not everyone feels like smiling, but their customer service is extremely poor compared to the other workers. They are teenagers, I am 20, I get it, but they can do much better. The girls who work there are very nice and sweet, say hello, wait patiently, a very stark difference. Food is good but with service like that the experience diminishes.
