  When all else fails, H‑E‑B is my “go to” place for groceries! The staff is always helpful and will stop everything they’re doing to answer questions and help you find what you’re looking for. This specific H‑E‑B inside Kingwood near West Lake Houston Parkway is huge but not so big that you can’t find anything. They also a great selection of healthy choices in all departments. I was walking through this H‑E‑B a year ago and saw a Russian gentleman face timing a friend and was bragging about our American grocery stores while he was showing the place off to hi buddy. I had to laugh because of his great enthusiasm and the big smile on his face. LOL

  the lady answering the phone for customer service yesterday on 4/17 has such a bad demeaning tone.

  Always friendly staff, help me out without even asking. Their curbside pickup is excellent as well but I prefer to go in to pick up those items I didn’t know I needed!

  Did a quick 15 items or less today and was attended to by Daesha, she was the epitome of H-E-B, incredibly friendly, social and helpful! The world needs more people like her!

  so i’m at my end of not leaving a review. this is my favorite heb- ive lived here forever and gone here since it opened and before. but these new employees or employees need to go back to training. learn how to bag and how to put it in the cart. i’m a mom with two kids and you hand me 4 bags to carry while pushing a cart and 2 kids? that’s not cool. i always get stuff thrown everywhere as im pushing the cart it’s falling. funny if you do the cart right that wouldn’t happen. today i just put all the bags she handed me onto the floor and moved one bag and there was plenty of room!!! i was still nice and the bagger and register lady seemed to have an attitude.
