  I’ve been a loyal H-E-B shopper for years and I’ve always appreciated the welcoming atmosphere until this visit. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was extremely disappointing. I usually go through self-checkout specifically to keep things quick and avoid unnecessary interactions, but this time an older staff member (lady) approached me in a very rude and dismissive manner. Her tone and body language came across as arrogant and unwelcoming, which immediately made me uncomfortable. When I calmly asked if there was an issue, she didn’t respond at all. She simply walked away, leaving me feeling as though I had done something wrong or was being treated with suspicion. That kind of interaction is not only unprofessional, it’s discouraging. No one should feel unwelcome or disrespected while simply trying to shop and pay for their groceries. It completely changed my perception of this location. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this store. There are too many other places to shop where customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect.

  Seriously WHAT IS UP WITH THE PRODUCE !!!!???? EVERYTIME I GO HERE THE PRODUCE IS SPOILED !!! My strawberries only last 2 or 3 days !! Even when I got them I was weary of how fast they’d go bad just because of how they looked.. I try to pick the best one but it always spoils within less than a week !! Bananas ? Always rotting . Apples . Same thing !!! Blueberries SAME THING !!! WHAT IS GOING ON !?!???? Please someone do something !!! This is the only store I choose to come to for produce !!

  This is ypur typical great local HEB, but it's a very busy store. The parking lot is also very busy. The lines run smoothly and there isn't usually a long wait for checkout.

  This is my local H-E-B grocery store and it’s always on point. The store is clean, everything is well stocked, and the workers are super friendly. Prices are solid and it’s just an easy place to shop without any hassle. I come here all the time and it never disappoints.

  Probably the best h-e-b in the area! It's very big and clean too. The employees are helpful and nice, and the parking lot Is big. I've never had any issues at all here, besides the fact that it's almost always jam-packed. Although there's still always some space.
