Upon entering, I immediately noticed that two of the employees appeared visibly irritated . One team member in particular — an Asian or Filipino woman — was behaving in a highly unprofessional manner. Although I initially came in just to use the restroom before placing an order, I was taken aback by the aggressive behavior I witnessed. She was loudly slamming the blenders into the sink and speaking to her coworkers with an unacceptable tone. After returning from the restroom, I overheard her yelling and using profanity while discussing the previous customers. Her behavior was not only disruptive, but it also created a hostile environment for me. The energy in the store was so uncomfortable that I ultimately decided to leave without ordering. I’m disappointed by the lack of professionalism and basic respect displayed by this employee. Based on this experience, I don’t plan to return to this location. I sincerely hope management takes steps to address this situation and create a more supportive and respectful workplace for the staff.

As we order we sat to wait and she just threw the bag in between my husband and I. And she left to the restroom. Very disappointed with the service. These employees either need more training of how to serve a costumer or I just don’t know.

She was very rude, had terrible attitude, and even rolled her eyes at me. At the end, she even almost threw my order at me. This happened in August 26 around 6pm. Food is alright, but that service needs to leave. She is a short, really tan girl, with dark hair and a lot make up on her face. On my receipt, it says Julia A. I think that could be her. Please fix this. Not the first time I get terrible service from here.
