  Been here a few times. Drinks are good, food is microwaved. Today we came in to order drinks and food and my son and I was standing at the counter for a few minutes and the couple employees granted where working but never came to take our order so we ended up leaving without anything bummer.

  I always visit to get my Yogurt, and the lady with a yellow hair , always she look like irritated, in bad atmosphere, and also Bad attitude. No good customer services at all , specially her , also when you going to paid , have a tips add it automatically , in top the price , make sure if you don’t want to give tips , scroll down and put 0.00

  I visited Tropical Smoothie around 7:50 PM and was extremely disappointed by the experience. Upon entering, I immediately noticed that two of the employees appeared visibly irritated . One team member in particular — an Asian or Filipino woman — was behaving in a highly unprofessional manner. Although I initially came in just to use the restroom before placing an order, I was taken aback by the aggressive behavior I witnessed. She was loudly slamming the blenders into the sink and speaking to her coworkers with an unacceptable tone. After returning from the restroom, I overheard her yelling and using profanity while discussing the previous customers. Her behavior was not only disruptive, but it also created a hostile environment for me. The energy in the store was so uncomfortable that I ultimately decided to leave without ordering. I’m disappointed by the lack of professionalism and basic respect displayed by this employee. Based on this experience, I don’t plan to return to this location. I sincerely hope management takes steps to address this situation and create a more supportive and respectful workplace for the staff.
