Every time I come in, the same employee greets me with zero warmth and a full attitude. Today I simply asked if the items were already in the bag because last time they weren’t. Instead of answering, she literally walked away. When I said “hello, ma’am, do you have it in the bag?” she just shook her head like I was bothering her. No words, no basic courtesy. At this point I don’t know if it’s personal, bias, or what, but this is the third time it’s happened. For the food to be this mid, the customer service should at least be locked in. This location needs to get their front-of-house experience together.
