So I went back with a receipt & a photo of the sticker. However, when I arrived to discuss the issue the woman at the window made it seem as if I was at fault stating “well you should have ordered more clearly.” How much more clear is 2 bean & cheese burritos no onions with red sauce please. Also we discovered while at the window that she upcharged me for bean & cheese/ rice burritos. My biggest issue here is how unprofessional she was in the moment. I am a frequent customer. She stated that it was my problem & then proceeded to try to make me pay for 2 burritos that I originally ordered which mind you cost less than what I was already charged. When I told her I will be contacting her manager to discuss her unprofessionalism she acted unfazed. Once I told her i myself was in management & corporate would be contacted was when she decided to finally be somewhat professional. Taco Bell please teach your workers how to be more professional while speaking to customers etc.
