  Horrible customer service. I went in to buy one of the new "protein pockets" and they WOULD NOT ALLOW ME to put onions on it, refused. So i walked out and left and they had to throw the whole thing away. What a terrible experience. I don't know who the manager is, but they need to educate their employees. They could have even charged me for the onions, in the end they lost more throwing away the completely made sandwich. Terrible.

  I ordered 5 sandwiches waited 30 mins to only get home only one of them was made correctly. Had to drive back there!! There was no acknowledgement of the issue from them. Will not go back

  Meatball sub was terrible. No flavor mystery meat. Expensive. Bad value for the money.

  I ordered on DoorDash when I received my order my sandwich was not baked. The guacamole. Inside of my sandwich was dark green tasted like it was left out for days. The lettuce was a very mushy green, and my turkey had hard pieces along the edges when I tried calling back no one answered so I called back again. Someone answered asked for a code. I said I need to talk to a manager and they hung up on my face. This is unacceptable for how much money I spent on this.

  I went to this location at 8:30 pm this evening — lights on and door open. When i went to order he said they were closed. I said the door is open and it says on the door 9pm. They said they decided to close early. There were two employees on staff. It is now 8:40 both employees are still in the store.
