She then rolled her eyes and handed me the pizza. When I politely asked for Parmesan cheese, she responded dismissively that it was “$1.” After returning to my car to get cash, I came back to find no one at the counter. Another employee eventually approached, laughing, and asked how she could help. During this interaction, the first employee was visibly in the back opening a large box of Parmesan, making it clear that my request was viewed as an inconvenience. When I handed over $1, I was told there was an additional 7 cents for tax—delivered with a smirk—requiring yet another trip to my car. This experience was not about the money; it was about the complete lack of respect, professionalism, and basic customer service. The attitude of the staff made it feel as though I was burdening them rather than being a paying customer. This level of service is unacceptable for any business, especially a national brand. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this location.
