She went in to ask for directions and see if she could charge her phone to be able to contact me and they were super rude about it. I understand you guys are a restaurant but have some heart. Charged her for a drink in order for her to get help. That’s ridiculous.

It doesn't matter where or what I order. I feel like these companies like do this on purpose. Not put a fork in the freaking bag. Thank God I keep a few in my truck. Food was good. No complaints there. Just no fork was my only issue. Would def order from here again and just make sure I actually call the store and make sure they put a fork in the bag. STILL 5 STARS THO. So Angela came up herself and brought my wife the food whe. She didn't have to. Was dark and our neighborhood doesn't have much light on the roads. So she was fantastic and brought my wife the food. The food here is great. We normally have Pei Wei Saturday's. Thank you Angela for everything and the team here a great everytime I come.
