Everything sucks here now they can’t get your order right they have a terrible attitude and just stopped caring a long time ago. Another company needs to come alone and do what they do bc it’s a great concept if it were just not run by people who don’t care. Got my order wrong, when I called about it they hung up on me so I can’t even get a refund. Last time ever. Rip Panera Bread.

Instead, I was met with unfair and unprofessional behavior. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both their communication and customer service. My review to Panera
