  Ordered an Egg McMuffin meal and they left out 1 of the only 3 things in the order….hash browns. Every time I don’t check an order before I leave any fast food restaurant the order is wrong.

  If you use doordash or Uber eats, pick anything but mcdonalds unless you can pick a different location. They'll leave out half your order and send it out as is.

  I dont eat at McDonald's. They are gross and overpriced but my daughter occasionally likes to drive thru and get fries with ranch. She absolutely won't eat fries without the ranch. We always ask, once, twice up to three times for ranch...at the order area, where we pay, and if they make us pull forward we ask again before driving off. Yet they always manage to leave them out forcing us to walk inside and stand there while two employees chat with each other and then walk off. For starters as expensive as their crappy food is you would think asking for the ranch condiments came out of their paychecks. They always want to fight and haggle when we ask for 3 for our basket of fries. They used to give you a higher number of condiments for your chicken nuggets. Well a basket of fries is huge but they make us pay for ranch packets. This place sucks.

  This has been my most visited McDonald's for a long time. Unfortunately, I'm writing this review because of poor customer service at my last visit. I placed a mobile order (as I usually do) and when I went to pick it up, they couldn't find my code. I showed them my app with the order and the receipt. Plenty of proof. Did they honor the receipt? No. Did they offer a refund? No. They said it would be auto refunded in 24 hours. It wasn't. My card was charged. I would rather address this issue with the manager but I already tried and she showed no interest in solving this issue. Something needs to change in the world of customer service, particularly when the customer has proof of purchase.

  I came this morning to get breakfast i got my food then drove away and i was like 5 minutes down the road then i went to go eat my hash brown and it wasn’t in there and I looked on the receipt to make sure i paid for it and I did so i went back and went inside they took awhile to come to me so i said excuse me and this lady comes up to me and i tell her my order was wrong and that i don’t appreciate that because right now im in a rush and she goes and makes me a new bag then i ask if i can get my sauces that were in the other bag and she’s said this is what u paid for right then laughs in my face and gives me the other bag. I think she’s the manager/ owner, she was not respectful and I will never give them my money again.
