She absolutely won't eat fries without the ranch. We always ask, once, twice up to three times for ranch...at the order area, where we pay, and if they make us pull forward we ask again before driving off. Yet they always manage to leave them out forcing us to walk inside and stand there while two employees chat with each other and then walk off. For starters as expensive as their crappy food is you would think asking for the ranch condiments came out of their paychecks. They always want to fight and haggle when we ask for 3 for our basket of fries. They used to give you a higher number of condiments for your chicken nuggets. Well a basket of fries is huge but they make us pay for ranch packets. This place sucks.
