  Asked for a giant sandwich cut into 3rds for 3 people to split. The girl cut it in half and then cut that half in half a gave me 2 sandwiches wrapped. I asked her how I was supposed to give this to 3 people. She like an unprofessional insult kept repeating the mistake. Did not offer to remake it. Other customers just standing around. This customer service is poor and it was not busy I was prob the firsts customer

  I've had better experiences here. There are two boys at the counter that make the experience poor with their attitudes. They make it seem as though you are bothering them when you order and ready for you to get out of their face, especially the one with the black glasses. I work in close proximity to the building, every time I go here and those two are there they are rude. Slamming my cup down, quickly asking me if thats all before I can say anything else, etc. I've worked food, I understand not every day is a great day and not everyone feels like smiling, but their customer service is extremely poor compared to the other workers. They are teenagers, I am 20, I get it, but they can do much better. The girls who work there are very nice and sweet, say hello, wait patiently, a very stark difference. Food is good but with service like that the experience diminishes.

  I came in with my son and order a unwich tuna and this is my first time at this location. The service sucks here. I came in 2 people working a guy making sandwich and there’s a girl in the back. The guy didn’t greeted me when i walk in and when i said loud and clear that i wanted a unwich Tuna with a side of potato salad he said “what” that is so unprofessional and when he was done with my sandwich he was like here and didn’t check if my potato salad was in there. Jimmy John’s y’all need to train your employees again. I had to stand there and ask that they didn’t give me the potatoe salad and then he gonna say “it’s not in there” services suck here. Will not come back!

  Great place to have a sandwich. Great staff and great service. #5 is our favorite.
