Produce department is the best in Kingwood. Can say the same for all departments throughout the store. It’s a joyful experience every time I walk into H.E.B.!

I scanned two energy drinks and some cinnamon rolls but they rolled out the bag once in the cart and I put them back in. She then goes over and grabs the bag from the cart and takes the stuff out and puts it back on the self checkout counter saying that I need to scan it. She could’ve asked nicely but instead decided to be rude. That’s unprofessional and she needs to do better.
- MEMrs Que ElliottJan 27, 20262.0My store is Madera Run location. I love it. They slack on “healthy” looking produce. My second choice is Kingwood HEB. I like to go early in the morning on Mondays. It’s always clean, stocked and have “healthy” / fresh produce. There is always visible team members through out the store. My problem is they are not friendly. If you pass by it’s turned heads from leadership, non welcoming and please don’t ask a question. EVERY PRESENT Team member look like they hate to be there. I went to the deli 01/26/26 around 830am, and per usual I had to do an emergency break through to get assistance after there was two associates whom both saw me approach. Why I still go? For my husband to have fresh/ healthy looking produce. Smh. This happen every time I go. So sad. Get it together. See yall next week.
