When I arrived to pick up my items, I was the only vehicle in the curbside lot, but the app wouldn’t work, forcing me to get someone to help. The curbside person approached me and asked for my information, which I gave him. Despite being the only person in the curbside, when I arrived and asked for help, two curbside orders were delivered to late arrivals, and I’m still waiting. To make matters worse, I’ve either had items missing from my order or rotten produce. To add insult to injury, the people bringing out your groceries push the carts so close to your vehicle that I’m surprised HEB hasn’t had to repair any vehicles yet.
