The issue is that many customers won’t catch this and will pay full price. Please fix the coupon system so advertised discounts apply automatically.

I gave an order for a birthday cake on Saturday and had it picked up on Monday, I made sure I give more than 24 hours, not only did they give me an incomplete cake but they got it completely wrong. It was supposed to be 2 flavors chocolate and vanilla, but the whole cake came out Vanilla. my husband had to go back bcoz they forgot to write the words on top of the cake. Disappointed!! Won’t go there again.

When I walked in a lady standing by the doors looked at me and I said “you guys are still open right ?” And she said “no we’re closed” I looked at my watch it was 4 minutes till 11, but I didn’t want to argue. I walked out without the one item I went in for.
