Been here 2 times for 4 drinks total. 2 of the 4 drinks have been horribly watered down. Waste of money

I placed a pickup order via the app, my usual method of ordering. I arrived for pickup of my coffee and donut, and the Kingwood location did not have my donut of choice. I was offered to pick an alternative. I requested a Brownie batter donut instead. I was told it cost more than classic donut so I said I'd pay the difference. Cashier stated she couldn't ring up the difference in price. As this was going on at Drive thru, I saw the price of the Brownie batter donut was $1.59 just as a classic donut. I brought it to her attention again. She stated it's a specialty donut and the cost was $1.99. I then checked the app and it is listed as $1.59 on the app as well. I mentioned this. I was told I'd have to pay $1.99 and the price displayed on the drive thru screen or app wouldn't be honored because it is in the system as $1. 99. I requested to speak to a manager and I was told she was the manager and she was "just doing my job". I requested a refund on the donut. She then said she couldn't refund a purchased from the app. I then told her that wasn't true because I've received a refund on a previous visit when the store no longer had the donut of my choice. She then refunded me. This whole experience put a sour taste in my mouth and has me reconsidering frequenting DUNKIN any longer. The listed price is supposed to be honored. It is not the customer's fault that their is a discrepancy between the system price and the advertised price. The customer shouldn't have to pay for the mistake of the company

I can't make this up. Posted the pics to show you the level of how funny this is. It's funny how something so simple most dunkins get wrong Everytime. I asked for a croissant toasted with butter and cheese. White cheddar. They know cause they have it. Every Dunkin I go to they ask me if I want the cheese on the croissant. 🙄 No put the slice of cheese right in my hand lol. And the fact that not only did they not put the butter on it, they stuck it in the bag with a knife for me to do it myself. Idk wether to be mad and glad. But this was the first time any Dunkin has done that (put the butter on the side). I was shocked honestly. I don't know if it's too hard for them or they just lazy. Croissant toasted with butter and white cheddar plz. That's all I say and this is what I get. Oh I have to always tell them melted because I'll get a sandwich with cold cheese on it.

This is the second time I have been at this location. The employees stand around and don't acknowledge you. I basically have to ask if they can help me.

So disappointed. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese, hashbrowns, the 2 mini bagel bites-everything seasoned (he even asked plain or everything and I said everything again) and what I didn’t realize was a promotional drink, Toxic Ex-presso. I was specifically asked if I wanted a large and I said Medium was good. The order screen didn’t have the name of the coffee and had all of these modifications, so I double checked to make sure it was what I ordered. A little red flag went off though because the price of this drink was totaling up to more than what was on the board. I get to the window and am told my total is almost $25 and I said no way. As Alfredo is reading it back he says “loaded hashbrowns” I said I didn’t order that, I ordered regular hashbrowns. He fixes it and moves on to the bagel bites asking if I wanted just the 2 bites or 2 orders. Just the two bites. He asks plain or everything again. Everything. So now we’re 2/4 on the incorrect orders. He said $18 and it still sounds high but I give him my card and someone else comes and gives me a LARGE drink. I said that I definitely told him medium and this girl asks if I’d rather she make a medium. Well not since I already paid for the large! So 3/4 on the incorrect items. Something about the price still wasn’t sitting well, but I never got a receipt! So I parked and went inside. No one greeted me or even looked my way while I stood at the register despite both Alfredo and the lady whose name I didn’t catch walked right by. Finally someone else turned around and saw me and just waited for me to speak. I got my receipt and sat in my car tallying up this modified drink they put in that came out to be over a dollar more than advertised! Even if the POS didnt have the button for this promotional drink, the prices should be matched! I drive off, figuring I wasn’t going to get any of the workers there now to help me - I’ll try and call later. I go to eat my bagel bites and they’re plain. Receipt says plain. So disappointed.
