They charged her card twice but there was no order attached to the charges. When she called to check on it because it had been well over an hour, they claimed they couldn't find the order, but would give her refund. Since no order was attached, they said the money would automatically be refunded, but gave her the option to come get a cash refund so she didn't have to wait. Strange. None the less, they did give her the cash refund, no other questions asked. There was obviously something scammy going one because why would they give a cash refund if there was no order attached and the original charges would automatically fall off. None of it makes any sense. How do you put an order in, charge it twice, and there be no record of the order?

Then when I got home it told me it was expired with the date. When I called for assistance a woman claimed that it had been happening a lot and there is nothing they could do about it.
