  I purchased a medium sized “Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard” from this location. A caucasian heavy set lady helped me with my order tonight 02/26/26 9:00pm. As she was ready to hand me the ice cream cup, I noticed that she placed her finger in the ice cream cup that I had purchased. I told her, I did not want it because I just witnessed her do that. She stated to me “that she was just trying to make sure the ice cream didn’t go out.. “meaning there was ice cream outside of the cup, that she placed into the other ice cream already in the cup and that me the customer - “My daughter” was about to consume into her body. This employee also stated that “she just washed her hands”! I told her, I do not care! She also called “me rude”! One this employee was not wearing any gloves! Secondly for medical and safety standard regulations. If this employee has any open cuts on her hands or fingers she is imposing a very high risk on my daughter’s wellbeing and health. If this employee has any medical conditions that can be transmitted by bodily fluids.

  there was a employee named danielle and another lady (I think her name starts with M, i think its mina) but they always been so nice i go and my parents love to go to this DQ rather than the one in new caney because we get treated better here at kingwood. So friendly and when they take too long they offer free fries! When they take a while, its because its necessary, like once they had to do 14 blizzards but me and my parents were patient and we enjoyed being there since its a calm place :)

  I’m really disappointed with our experience. The food was horrible. My kids’ meals were clearly microwaved, and the food came out so hard that it was practically inedible. The texture was dry and tough, and my kids couldn’t even eat it. I tried to call to let them know and no one answers.

  I arrived with my son to buy blizzards. After taking my order, they casually informed me that they are only taking cash. I rarely carry cash, so we weren't able to purchase anything. The lady who took our order was wearing a Whataburger jacket. It seems like every time we visit this place it gets a little worse. Sometimes the employees are very loud, sometimes it takes a very long time to receive our food because they forgot about our order. I do not suggest eating here.
