  Sadly each time I go it gets more disappointing. I used to go every week. 1st issue, they were out of hummus, pita chips, now they have done away with kids pita pita bread as well as the carrot sticks or fried pita chips side..but price is the same. It also seemed like less food. Not enough to fill a 7 year old for sure. The service is always friendly but sadly I gjink we,are done with CAVA for now! Wish I'd photographed my 2 kids meals.

  Normally love Cava. Won't be visiting for a while after our visit today. The roasted veggies were out - I was not told, nor offered an alternative though they were suppose to be in my bowl, I was also charged for romaine lettuce even though it was listed as an item included in the bowl I ordered. The staffer who helped us was just unpleasant. This was a big change from the normal pleasant and friendly staff. Cashier was pleasant as usual.

  Tried twice both times staff was rude, slow, and didn't know the menu or how to run the cash register. Food was good the first visit , second visit was edible. Spent over $70 for two adults and two kids for basically fast food. Never going back.

  I got severe ill food poisoning from this CAVA location. I’m a loyal customer and love Cava typically. I’m not writing this to seek retribution or to be punitive, as I think Cava is a great food experience generally. However, for the safety and well being of others, this needs to be addressed. CAVA was the only meal I had that entire day and I know it’s 100% from what I ate there. Everything I threw up was CAVA and it was about 6-8 hours after I ate there which is the typical timeline for food borne illness. I unfortunately spent the entire evening roughly 12 hours having violent vomiting episodes that were uncontrollable and painful, as well as diarrhea. Not to mention the stomach pain. I was on the ground shaking. I’m a young healthy adult with no comorbidities but I share this experience because a pregnant woman, someone immunocompromised, a child, the elderly, may have been needed hospitalization or serious intervention based on my experience. This is dangerous. We spend good money to eat at this establishment and trust that the hygiene and food standards are being met, in terms of preparing, cleanliness, storage and handing protocols, etc. I was severely dehydrated and couldn’t keep any fluids down. I felt dizziness and lightheaded. This is not okay. I write this probably futilely but praying that it can be addressed so someone else doesn’t have to go through this.

  Usually, I throughly enjoy my meals from Cava. During my most recent visit 12/19/25 @3pm the restaurant was empty with a couple pick up orders. My bowl was not fresh the rice and lentils were crunchy and the falefal hard and vegetables scorched. If it had not been an inconvenience to return to the store I would have. Very disappointing to the point that I do not if i will return anytime soon. Check the quality of food before leaving.
