This meal was for my child, and it was upsetting to see them disappointed over an incomplete order that should never have left the store that way. I attempted to call the Kingwood location twice to resolve this directly. Neither call was answered, and the phone rang for several minutes. During an earlier attempt, the line disconnected altogether. Between the missing items, lack of utensils, and the inability to reach the store, this experience warrants both a full remake and a full refund. This fell far below the standard customers expect from CAVA. Hoping @cava (Kingwood location) addresses this promptly. 01/25/26
