  I’m usually an easy customer but I had a few questions so I came in to do so and he was very informative and helpful ^_^ I felt like I was being difficult so I left a tip. I wish I got his name because he was super sweet! I always love coming here and never had a bad experience :)

  Very Rude customer service, they were focused on drive though orders. Messed up my order 2 times, made us wait over 10 minutes for the restroom key while we were the only customers in the store. Food tasted old and stell, I could not eat mine. Coffee wasn't has good as other restaurant locations. Will never come back to this location.

  Today i decided to try Dunkin. I ordered a protein sugar free latte. The first girl who made it for me, I was disappointed. Another young lady with a ponytail and uplifting mood, saw my face of disappointment and asked if there was something she could do to fix it. I told her it didn’t taste like a latte at all no espresso no flavor. She took the drink, I don’t know what she did, it tasted amazing right after!

  This place sucks! They would not even heat my donuts I bought from them. The girl said it's against policy. So it's against policy for me to have hot donuts! I will never go back. There is a Shipleys right down the street and they don't have any problem giving me hot donuts and neither does Kolache Factory!

  I order an iced Americano with two shots of vanilla 2 days ago. It was delicious and perfectly made. I ordered it again today and it tasted like dish water. I had two other people taste it to make sure. I thought it was just a one off so instead of asking them to remake it, I just ordered another one. I can taste the coffee, and it's a completely different taste but equally disgusting. Made 3 minutes apart. So now I'm out $8 and no drinkable coffee. So disappointed and this happens all the time.
