If I could give this place a zero I would. I’ve had a rough few days and thought let’s get some comfort food! We go to the store and place a curbside order, we wait and wait until finally we go inside and they said they messed up the boneless wings… first off how do you mess up boneless wings with no sauce. At this point I’m irritated so I asked for a refund. No apologizes for messing up the order the dude at the front was just like “you’ll get ur refund tomorrow” well okay. I drive away and my tire skirts, mind you there’s a cop in the parking lot maybe 100 yards away from me. Well I call the store because we used our points to get the food they messed up, Bryan the manager answers the phone and before I could even say anything he accused me of putting people in danger and for how I left the dominos. First off if I put people in danger don’t you think the cop a 100 yards away would pull me over? He also stated that I was never aloud at the store again which is fine because I will never eat there again. Bryan is a horrible manager and should not be working!! He’s ugly and rude and obviously does not know how to deal with angry customers. He told me “I’m not interested in speaking to you” and that’s fine but now I have to go above his head. I have already contacted the support team. Bryan had no clue what I was going through and obviously needs more training or honestly just needs to get fired. I will never eat at this location again and I hope that someone helps that man because you guys just lost a loyal customer. I also wanted to say Bryan if you read this. You have no clue what I have been through and I might’ve been mad and I apologize for my attitude but maybe think before you speak. If you see a customer visibly upset and then when I call to ask a question and you won’t even let me speak that’s a problem. As a manager you’re supposed to diffuse the situation not make it worse. I really think dominos needs to really reconsider having that man as a manager because that was disgusting and I will never ever eat there again because of Bryan the manager!

Called about order after picking it up because price is incorrect. My son paid & didn't tell me until I got home how much he was charged. NO ONE answered the phone when I called. Dominoes left both lines I called from on hold until after the store closed then automatically phone was disconnected. Great customer service 😠😡
Update: Jamie and Brian (manager) fixed the problem. Both were very nice and helpful over the phone when I got ahold of them after incident. Brian apologized and made all good. Thank you Brian.
