  Yesterday was my birthday. My girlfriend and I decided to Dairy Queen for a sweet. I ordered a simple mini blizzard with some candles. When I asked for a lighter to light them the lady I asked was so friendly and gave the best customer support I had ever experienced. She made both me and my girlfriend feel so special. What a sweet birthday gift from Kelley at Dairy Queen.

  They do this everyone time. Custom orders mean nothing. I order a dude regularly with add ones. Bacon, and onion rings and everytime they forget. I expect better from a company with amazing food

  It says they close at 11pm on Saturday and Sunday. I arrived at 10:38 pm just to get an ice cream cone and they said they were closed although the open sign was on and would not serve me. I will be contacting their corporate office. Dairy Queen @ 1314 Northpark Dr.

  I was charged for the order that left the window before I pulled up. I paid for my order with tap pay, the cashier asked if I wanted a receipt, I said yes, he struggled to give me a receipt and handed me two receipts- a receipt for a different order, and a receipt with a bit of text and a bunch of blank paper. He couldn’t figure out how to give me a receipt for what I ordered. He expected me to give him an answer myself, I told him there was nothing I could do with either of those papers. The manager came over to see what was going on, accused me of not paying even though the ‘ding’ notification for tap pay acceptance went off. He began berating me for not paying and getting defensive, so I opened my bank account and showed him I was charged - for the previous order that just left the window. $15 more than my order total. He immediately got angry with his employee and began berating the employee instead of me, accusing him of doing this multiple times among a bunch of other belittling behaviors. He paid me a refund of $15 in cash from his drawer, the third person from the kitchen gave me my two ice creams and told us good night. This place is extremely unprofessional. Only the manager was wearing anything resembling work uniform. I’ve never been here before and I won’t be coming back. 9pm visit time. I didn’t get my receipt.

  I went to Dairy Queen today and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely rude and kept rushing me while I was trying to place my order. While I was still deciding, they kept saying things like “Is that it?” in a very impatient tone, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable. At one point they even said “What are you talking about?” when I was simply asking about my order. Customer service should be respectful and patient, but that was definitely not the case today. I hope management looks into this and reminds their staff how to treat customers properly.I went to Dairy Queen today and had a very disappointing experience.
