- SSSophia Salvador4 days ago1.0Drive further if you can. This location doesn’t even deserve 3 stars. The shift managers got the nastiest personalities. Specially the new Latin older lady. Higher ups are a joke if they let people like her slide and treat their customers like trash.

I guess the greed is real with Chipotle, how unfortunate to see this company really drop in quality over the years. On top of that, customer service is abysmal to say the least. Find an alternative to here. Never returning.

My wife and I come in regularly, and I’ve been on a vegetable/vegan diet and fast, and she consistently takes great care of our orders with excellent service and a positive, welcoming attitude. Even on days when we arrive close to closing due to work schedules, she makes the effort to ensure we have everything we need, including preparing fresh items when necessary. She also pays close attention to food safety, especially regarding allergies, which gives us a lot of confidence in our meals. On top of that, she’s an outstanding problem solver. We’ve had a few issues with the app, and she stayed patient and worked through them until we were able to receive the correct discounts and offers. Every visit is better because of her. Thank you, Lahela, for consistently going above and beyond.
