My brother placed an on line order, went to pick it up. The manager had him waiting until she was done with her register, as she was counting money. She finally came up to him. He asked about his order, she turns around walks to the back without one word to him. Not one clue on what was going on, as she didn't communicate with him. We then saw her patting down some bags of what seemed like ice-cream. While my brother was standing there still waiting on order or response. He then had to ask her again she finally said she'd check on it. It was only a burger and fries. It took almost an hour of waiting and horrible manners. She was night manager on February 29, 2026. Order placed 10:20om received burger at 11pm. Please work on better customer care especially for a manager.

Seems drive through efficient. Not the best dine in experience. No one tended the register, the manager was rude and they got the order wrong despite it being an online order. Ate good but I was very disappointed with the service here.

Food was great as usual with Whataburger but lady who attended us seemed to be annoyed to have to take our order. I don't know if she was tired or what but she seemed rude and kept on rolling her eyes while taking our order. Customer service needs work at this location!
