  Horrible. I accidentally made an order, I put it to delivery, and it switched back to pick up without me knowing. So after I placed the order, I realized it was incorrect. I called and asked if they could cancel my order since it doesn’t let me on the app. These people gave me such a hard time about it. Even if they’re still receiving my order, all they kept saying is to call customer service. There is no number for customer service, mind you. So 20$ down to the dumps. I placed a new order, this time on DoorDash instead of the the app, they already know what my name is because I told them when I called them. I kid you not, they made my order horrible. I ordered a large blizzard, and they filled it up 55% percent of the way. My milkshake only 70% of the cup. And mini blizzard, 70% of the way. They were just being petty. Horrible customer service, never again. Never got my money back.

  Bruh, this spot is trash! Whoever is manager isn’t managing for ish. Went a couple months ago for the Dr Pepper bbq combo…no rings for the burger, drink machine was out of order, they couldn’t make the flavor blizzard I asked for. Next visit, chick behind the counter sees me waiting to order and proceeds to have a headphone conversation with another employee who is 15 feet away and apparently on break or end of shift. Went last week for a frosted sugar cookie blizzard and they’re out of frosting. Go tonight for a frosted sugar cookie blizzard. They’re out of frosting! Like how are you still in operation? I’d rather drive the 10 minutes to Bishop than ever set foot in this place again. TRASH!

  I got a choco brownie extreme.. and they put Oreos in it.. and when I went to tell them they got my order wrong they told me that it comes with Oreos. My big back knows it does NOT come with Oreos. (I didn’t even ask for Oreos to be put in)
