1-4-26 Picked up two roast beef sliders for wife, 2 ham sliders for me and two sweet teas. Wifes sliders were good, ham sliders gave me food poisoning

Food was cold and nasty. Gyros and fries seemed like they were microwave too many times. The gyro bread and fries were extremely hard and uneatable. I would not feed it to my dogs.
Manager said they do microwave the gyro bread and that's the way they prepare them. That was her solution to solve the problem. I did inform her we've eaten here before and the food was delicious. Never did she even attempt to apologize or resolve the issue. Very disappointed! Spent close to $50 to end up throwing the food away.

Your worker in kingsville tx flipped us off after he told us arbys didn't have what we wanted. We told him to cancel the order.
