  These girls have a nasty attitude & they purposely didn't give us our orders right u can even feel the bad vibe they need an undercover to investigate or else there will be drama one of the girls even rolled her eyes on my husband... No one did nothing to them we didn't even confront them just writing the review to warn people & maybe someone important to the company will see this & hopefully come & fix it

  Terrible service. This establishment should NOT be able to work with DoorDash, they treat their dashers TERRIBLY and dont properly prepare the dash orders. Lids too big for cups with no protective tape, 30 minute waits for dashers to get their pickup order, extremely inconsiderate. Even when they’re slow, they still neglect their dash orders. If I could give zero stars for this establishment as a whole I would, not even just for the dashers but for the employees and service in general even to the in store customers.

  Arrived to Dairy Queen for my 14 year old niece's birthday Saturday night. The woman working the drive through rolled her eyes when my niece put in her order. Then we get our ice cream, and we go sit down. At one point, I begin choking on the ice cream. My niece panics, and asks the employees for help. The employees didn't do anything, and walked over and complained that we were "making a mess" - while I was still gasping for air from literally choking. My niece is crying at this point, and she asks the employee for a rag or some paper towels that I can wipe up my face with, and the employee just walks back, gets disinfectant, and returns, sprays the disinfectant all over the table with our ice cream still on it. She says she can clean up when we leave, and she turns around and walks away. She doesn't try to help, she doesn't even ask how I'm doing, just treated us like an inconvenience, and made a literal child cry on her birthday. I heard her laughing to her coworkers about us when I went to the bathroom, and I left. This is completely unacceptable, and I will absolutely never be returning. What a horrible experience for my niece's birthday.

  The old Lady who works at the window during the daytime is absolutely the most rude person I've ever dealt with in the food industry. I have held back from making this review for quite some time. I always hesitate going because I don't want to deal with her attitude but decided to go ahead and try it today. And there she was with her sour face and rude attitude as usual. She should be fired for the way she treats customers or retire if you're so miserable.
