  Greetings I bought the 10 pc wing combo well done yesterday with fries no seasoning and sweet tea, the chicken was not cooked well done it was soggy, lemon pepper was very salty, sweet tea was not good or sweet the chicken made me sick I'll continue to only eat at fort hood street location they are the best I won't eat at this location again.

  I really try to give ppl the benefit of the doubt but this is the second time their staff was being rude and served cracker tasting fries because of dirty grease. I ordered a pickup through app DoorDash ( my order not delivery) a chubby white boy at the register kept harassing me to see my order on my phone after I showed him the order he proceeded to say that I didn’t order there still. After I gave him my name, showed him the exact order and described it by hard he turned around and still told his co worker, doing his hand with quotation marks (trying to be sarcastic) that she’s here to pickup her order and mumbled the rest under his breath. She then comes out like, what you want and I said again my order(African lady, small ponytail). She said not if you can’t show your food order on your phone, I stated I did just showed to the guy and proceeded to show it to her as well and she still claimed that that’s not my order. I told her if she doesn’t give me my food I just spent $20 we gon have a problem and you gon refund me my money. She picks up the wingstop bag looks at the order on there and say well it’s not the same order. I told her my order by hard again and told her if it’s wrong it’s because of yall and she needed to go fix it. She stood there looking at me with the stank face like I just didn’t spend $20 on my food. I eventually got my food after I had to threaten her but I shouldn’t have to go through all that for my food. I will not be returning and I will be calling to speak to their management. Change that dirty grease serving burnt fries!

  I asked for all flats over phone because they’re DoorDash site didn’t offer the option for all flats so I called to ask to change to all flats I was even willing to pay they had a attitude and sent my order tryna be funny with all drums in it they’re horrible don’t go to this location

  Very friendly staff, prompt service, very clean establishment, and this place actually put plenty of sauce on my wings, thank you, keep up the great work. Wings were delicious and crispy!
