  I got a burger here last night. I just moved back to town and this use to be the best place to get a burger. But I was so disappointed last night. The meat wasnt seasoned. So had that bland/ blood taste.salt and pepper goes a long way in cooking folks. Then the soda lid was slit on the edge and did not seal to the cup.. so kept popping off. And the girl saw this when she handed me my drink. The decent thing would have been to offer a new lid. She did not. Bottom line, these folks need adult supervision. I doubt ill eat here again. Blessings.

  I'm terrible with names but the lady that wears red glasses and was working the drive through this morning was amazing, made my morning. Good people ma'am 😉

  The staff did a phenomenal job. Although the drive-thru line was very busy, they stayed consistent in their service delivery. The staff was also very polite and courteous.

  Kierra took our order and I can tell you that she’s got an attitude problem. She was rude to us and was basically rushing us when we were ordering. I’ve never had that treatment from Whataburger staff. And there were items missing from our order as well. How are you going to be rude and not do your job correctly. Please pick a struggle. This was the worst experience we’ve had ordering here. I wish Ashley took our order. She was so sweet. Anyways, the food did taste good overall. I just wish people didn’t act like this. If you don’t want to be at work, don’t be at work, simple as that.

  Justin does not need to work at the front counters. He is rude to customers and does not know how to talk to people. Another customer even walked out because of how he treated me and she seen exactly what happened. He accused me of reaching over the counter to grab my drink cups when I never did that, another employee grabbed the cups for me…whenever I checked in for my two online orders I asked him for the cups and instead of him getting me the cups he walked away to prepare the food which was wrong, he could have given me the cups so that way while he’s getting my order together I could be getting the drinks for the orders that I placed online. Whenever I come in I will not allow Justin to take my order or even help me because he is rude and very inconsiderate and I am very upset with what happened.
