  Brother… just waited at the window for TWENTY MINUTES… “are you waiting on an order?” Like???? No I’m just hanging out??? “Yeah, mobile order like I told the guy at the speaker” ooooh no one checked that in. TWENTY MORE MINUTES LATER. And they give me cold food.

  I ordered through mobile and went to pick my order up, I was informed my food wasn’t ready yet, and was asked to park off to the side and they’d walk it out to me when it was done. I waited 40 minutes, watched multiple people go through and get their food with no problem. So I pulled back around and was told that my food had been done for a while, and that they hadn’t walked it out to me. My food was stone cold and was missing half of my items. To add salt to the wound, the bag was also ripped in half unbeknownst to me, so when I got home the fries got dumped out right on my driveway. I would not recommend this establishment in the slightest.

  This place is disgusting. They don't wash their hands after going to the bathroom. This dropped a bun and tried to use it for my food. I cussed him and got my money back. DO NOT EAT HERE. THIS IS YOUR WARNING.

  Do not eat here. They will make your food without gloves on. These ppl are disgusting. And when they mess up you food they get mad at you for coming back in. I watched this man remake my sandwich with no gloves because he they forgot the bacon.

  I’ve visited many Wendy’s locations over the years, and this was by far one of the worst experiences. I stopped in to have a quick meal with my child, but the restaurant was extremely unsanitary. The tables were dirty, and the floors were filthy, while employees stood behind the register laughing and joking instead of maintaining the dining area. I had to clean our table myself using baby wipes just so we could sit and eat. When our food was finally served, it was cold. Meanwhile, other customers were left waiting outside for their orders while employees stepped out to their cars to smoke. As I was leaving, I also observed two employees sitting in a red car smoking what smelled like marijuana. Overall, the level of cleanliness, professionalism, and food quality was unacceptable. I don’t understand how this location remains open or passes inspection. This was a very disappointing and unsanitary experience.
