  Ordered a sandwich that comes with ranch, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and bacon. I asked for no vegetables on the sandwich. Once I got home it had mayo and what looked like extra pickles on it after asking for no vegetables and pickles meant to be on it in the first place. Also, my husbands chicken sandwich was raw in the middle.

  I got the 8 dollar biggie bag. Both my burgers were cold. The cheese was just like you just took it out of the refrigerator. I thought that I was supposed to receive nuggets with that. I asked for ranch sauce and paid 54 cents for the barbecue and only receive the ranch.

  Left out Nuggets in the biggie back after waiting 45 minutes in the driverhru that doesnt move. Terrible for dashers

  Tried ordering a 4$ biggie bite and the collar shirt -MGR. Just told me a burger is not included. I explained to her the sign states next to the 4$ biggie bites one burger limit. She insisted she knows what she is doing and it’s limited to just a fry or a nugget or a drink no burgers. So after waiting at the order speaker for 10 mins while the line was backed up and multiple cars ahead of me yelled waved hands out their car window as if in confrontation. Mgrs hands and arm came out window as well. I asked nicely if I was confused from what I ordered a month ago same location and had just read on their screen she still insisted the limits and no burger included. But now if you order on their site it’s included. See photo.. I managed Wendy’s in north Texas at the young age of 16. And I would never as a teen or an adult be so dismissive and rude. Loud and WRONG.

  I've been to this Wendy's a couple times to give it the benefit of the doubt. Lights at night are off making people think is closed. Food is cold, bacon burnt and the soda never has ice and they always give cherry coke instead of original coke. Waited 15 minutes to get my food with no one behind me or in front of me at the line. It just never right. I asked for chicken tenders, told me it was gonna take 6 extra minutes, so I got a Jr. bacon. Every time, horrible experience. Won't be going back there anymore.
