  Taco bells are hit and miss, the crew making the food can give you a nice tasty quesadilla or a folded price of burnt tortilla. The ones I've had here, were top notch.

  Why is it always FREEZING inside? I can see my breathe everytime I go in there.

  didn't want service me cause was walking and just got off some don't always have cars you know had me standing outside for at least 30 minutes before they even told me they wouldn't even help me y'all need to find those two and get new people in because they're not on their job just because somebody walk through the walk through the drive-thru they should be served if they got money

  I had a poor customer service experience at the Taco Bell on N. Fort Hood Street. When I went inside to place my order, the young lady at the counter acted like she didn’t want to take my order. I asked her if she was going to help me, and she told me to use the kiosk instead. I explained that I don’t use the kiosk because my order is customized and easier to explain to a person. She still seemed reluctant to take the order, and when she finally did, the order was made incorrectly. The whole interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Customers should feel like their business is appreciated when they walk in.
