Customer service TRASH ! Ordered on Sunday called all day Monday and Tuesday on Tuesday evening after calling back to back. When I finally did speak with someone. His attitude was very disgusting ! Advised I wasn’t given a receipt. As if I had to lie about my order he then proceeded to say there was nothing they could do. It’s not even about the food more so the principal and how you talk. A bad review will hurt your store ! Please do better it’s always a way to do things….

Rude, ignores customers, over syrups and adds way too much cream for a dirty dr.p, everyone got there after i did and go their order first while i waited for a good 25-30 minutes. One of the employees had such a horrible, nasty attitude as well. Food came out cold as well.

What an absolute joke. My DoorDash waited 13 minutes at the store for my one item of Coke zero. They never told her the rice machine wasn’t working or maybe they were out of cherries because I got a Coke zero without anything I ordered with it when I called to say something about it nobody answered the phone. I think it sucks that whenever you call the Sonic, nobody is on the other end, because they don’t know how to handle situations in the overall management of this store is by far worse than the US not putting nice in a drink. It’s not a mistake. It’s just doing whatever you want and trying to hide it because the customer isn’t physically in front of you poor management, immature, people every time that I’ve gone there in a complete disgrace to the sonic franchise.

We are ✨sweet treat✨ family. And we LOVE Sonic treats. However, the past TWO times there has been a hole in the bottom of my Sonic blast cup. You might say, “but they might not have known?”, valid. However, they put a sticker over the hole. Which did quite literally nothing. The first time, I didn’t notice until it was too late. Leaked all over. This most recent time, I checked. Sure enough, sticker on the bottom and hole. And both times the employees didn’t say anything?! A little warning might be helpful. 😂
