  Do not order from this place they cannot handle the traffic that deals with being around a military installation. I've ordered from this place 4 times and 3 of those times have either been the order took longer than an hr or they didnt even deliver my order so I had to come and get it. They fixed that one order by not charging me for it and giving me a refund but the fact that 2 more times after that my order came in 2 hrs time. If your feeling lazy and dont want to cook and your willing to deal with these horrible wait times all the power to you, but this place has not fixed anything thats wrong with it. Your better off picking up but your more than likely have to wait for it too. Its so annoying being told its gonna come in 45 mins for it to be 75 mins and at that point you call they tell you its on the way and it becomes 120 mins. One of saddest things about being in a military installation is food services around you are poor cause of the high population and they will never fix it cause the continuously get business. Im guilty of it but I won't be supporting this stores poor customer service.

  GO ELSEWHERE. This is the worst Pizza Hut around. It’s worth it to drive to another location, like the one on Rancier. They can actually make a pizza but if you’re into eating cardboard by all means, order here.

  Mi comida llegó una hora después y súper fría está no es la primera vez que viene así de este lugar y peor a veces la pizza viene cruda, y ya se van a decir porque no cocinas pero los niños de vez en cuando quieren pizza pero esto es una basura de lugar.

  On 13 March 2026 we paid online & picked up pizzas, breadsticks and dessert so we wouldn’t have to pay the delivery fee or a tip. The lady at the window handed me the device you scan your card with & said I could leave a tip on it. When I took it, the device beeped & she told me she was sorry, but I had just left a $3.82 tip. She said the device is very sensitive & I must have hit a button. I was mad but didn’t take it out on her. She could tell I was mad & rushed to get me out. She didn’t show me the contents for any of the boxes. I feel as though I was pushed into leaving a tip & she knew darn well the device was sensitive & should have asked me if I wanted to leave a tip before handing it to me. I’m truly pissed that she didn’t offer anyway to resolve the problem. I believe she should have fully refunded the transaction & re-rung it up at a discounted price. The fact that she didn’t makes me feel I was taken advantage of for not leaving a tip on the online order. Here’s the thing, NOT everyone gets a tip. You have to do something to deserve it. Handing 3 boxes out a window doesn’t constitute a tip. I would like to speak with the manager about this since I don’t want anyone else going through the same thing. Thank you!
