When I finally got up to the window I sat for another 5 minutes watching the crew. 0 sense of urgency. 0 customer service. 0work ethic. If you want panera, go to another location. The staff here is garbage.

Called the restaurant because per the receipt they ask you to call if there are issues so they can fix them. No one at the store including the manager could/would help because it was DoorDash. There is even a spot on the receipt for a quality check signature and no one signed or checked the order. Now we have to find a new dinner and fight with door dash for a refund because Panera was zero help.

Blueberry raisin for her. And he asked about having a rewards account and I almost forgot. I got our order free. He was respectful, patient, and very friendly at the window. Kudos Kendall, we'll be back.
