  We went there for my moms birthday and I told the waiter if they could sing her happy birthday. They said "Of course" but they lied and no birthday but they sang happy birtday to antoher table. NEVER WANT TO COME BACK!

  all the staff was watching the heat hornets game instead of doing their job. Especially the cooks we could hear yelling from the kitchen. i paid $44 for a filet mignon and lobster tail. The steak was well done not medium, the lobster tail was hard and almost cold. My asparagus was as tough as bamboo. My wife's alice springs chicken the cheese was hard and broccoli cold and under cooked. I will not be coming back anytime soon and will pass my message around to everyone in my loop as i am a local business owner also. Thank you for robbing us for $171 for a really bad meal!

  I want to share my recent experience because it was extremely disappointing. I ordered a steak and chicken meal, and the chicken was supposed to come with a sauce—but there was none included. I also ordered rice and received only a spoonful, which was unacceptable for what I paid. I spent over $60 on this order, and the quality and portion sizes did not reflect that at all. I was very frustrated and let down, especially considering the expectations that come with your brand. I even started to call the manager to address the issue, but then realized it felt pointless in that moment, which only added to my frustration. Honestly, the experience was so poor that I told myself I would not order from the Killeen Outback location again. overall, this was my last time ordering from Outback

  I walked in and asked to be seated in the bar area only to be replied back with a huge eye roll and a sigh like I had created a huge problem. There were only 5 tables that were occupied in the entire restaurant with 4 people at the bar. The lack of professionalism was so disappointing that I just left and told my friends to meet me somewhere else.
