  This absolutely unacceptable yall store is terrible yall don't care about speed of service it takes almost an hour for yall to make a stupid frappe like what is going on obviously yalls gm don't care nor the shift leads and everyone moves at the speed of how we want not the speed that is required for this job like every person at this location need to be fired and they need to bring in people that actually want to work not drag there feet like corporate plus every higher up needs to re-evaluate there Killeen stores cause this is ridiculous I was a shift lead and I would've written up every soul on that shift cause your times are terrible, and nobody cause this is sad I wouldn't be surprised if this location lost business cause have the business around here moves faster like a sit in restaurant has better speed of service than this like I am never coming back and I'll be emailing this to yalls corporate office too

  Apparently ya'll don't hold any accountability for your employees, that lie, portray themselves as victims and set up people to get jumped and or ambushed in parking lots, and having them chased down and followed to their homes. Also while only hearing one side of the story(the liars version), and not the other.

  I went thru the drive thru and order two large cokes the person took my money. When I went to drive off she flipped her middle finger at me. The driver behind me got out of his car and said he was sorry. OMG this was crazy. This never happened before.

  I came to this place after leaving the other McDonald's hoping for better service and idk if its a McDonald's thing but they were heavy on the attitudes Sunday. I think her name was Mary that was working the line she had an attitude while taking my order and when I told her over the intercom I didn't like her attitude she took a deep sigh.... I flew inside asked to speak to the manager (got the store manager who seemed very nice but scared of the employees) and told her she needs to take that young lady off the mic because she is taking from your business with the attitude. I also stated if they dont want to be here, 🗣SEND THEM HOME! Needless to say, I WILL NOT RETURN.
