  I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. During my lunch break, I’ve had multiple issues with my order being incorrect or even given to someone else. I understand that things can get busy, but waiting 25 minutes for two fish sandwiches is excessive—especially when I then had to go back because the order was wrong, which took even more time out of my break. It also seemed like the staff was overwhelmed. There was only one employee handling both orders and cash, and she appeared to be doing her best, but it was a lot for one person. Management really needs to improve staffing and organization to prevent these ongoing issues. Unfortunately, due to these repeated experiences, I’ve stopped coming here as often. I hope improvements are made because this location has potential, but consistency and efficiency need serious attention.

  Today I learned a valuable lesson. This had completely taken the cake for me. I took my daughter here for a happy meal and to play. The play area was absolutely disgusting. It probably hadn’t been cleaned in a while judging by the caked up dirt on the floor and in the corners of literally everything. My daughter had to use the restroom immediately afterwards I attempted to wash her hands along with mine…. All three soap dispensers clearly empty as the lights blinked red, we still tried….nothing. I decided not to be bothered by the problem, instead I went out into the lobby to get hand sanitizer, although I knew the outcome since I’d tried the one at the entry door upon walking in. Once again, nothing….. empty, I walked over and tried the one next to the play area, also empty. I went over the an associate and asked for assistance. She went off to let the manager know there was no soap in the restroom and came back stating her manager stated there was no soap, we’d just have to use the hand sanitizer. I immediately replied, they don’t work. How are you all washing your hands? Her face clearly showed she didn’t know how to respond and with that she walked off. At that point, I was out of there. Absolutely no way I’m staying. This isn’t to sway you for or against McDonald’s but in my opinion, this just tells me that they have absolutely no business getting my money.

  Only thing I like is the fact that the staff is super friendly and extremely fast but I strongly dislike the food and the atmosphere not the McDonald's I knew as a child but the take out is very very fast but the price is not worth the food

  I guess they are having a difficult time controlling the teenagers there, it was dirty and honestly they really had no attention to detail on my Big Arch. It was my first and last time buying one, it had hardly any toppings and really nothing special for the additional price. I feel bad for the staff and see why they're having difficulty and that would be a depressing work environment with the constant distraction from the dining area. Why keep it clean with that ruckus going on? Sorry for the bad review but I will not be going back to that location or buying another Big Arch.

  I came to this location Sunday. I ordered $44 worth the food and asked for it to be cooked to order (fresh). I waited approximately 10 min for my food all ro get it, and it wasn't fresh. I called and asked to speak with management who was VERY nonchalant. I brought the meal back to the store and the young lady refunded me $20 with an attitude. I ordered 2 arch meals priced at $11 and some change a piece so the math wasn't mathing. I asked to speak to the store manager but there wasn't one. The other young lady that assisted me I feel may have overpaid me with an attitude. All of the staff looked like they just graduated high-school and ALL must have started their cycle because they DEFINITELY didn't want to be there. I will NEVER come back.
