  Worst McDonald's experience ever. At least 10 employees but had to order from a kiosk. Carry out only even though there was no one sitting at a table. Out of 14 tables, 7 were dirty. Got home to find a sloppy burger, cold fries, even the Coke tasted bad.

  Worst experience I've ever had at McDonald's. Had to order from a kiosk even though there were 10 employees there. Had to take out even though there was no one sitting at a table. There are 14 tables. 7 of them were dirty. Got home and the fries were cold even though we live 1 mile away. Even the coke tasted bad.

  Dirty interior, unfriendly staff, pointless wait and the food was shit too. Only take out on Saturday at 6:30 feels like the laziest effort. Fina another McDonald's this one is garbage.

  I’ve decided im just going to start giving 1 star reviews for McDonald’s restaurants that never have their ice cream machines up and running starting with this one.

  McDonald’s – 109 E Rancier Ave, Killeen, TX 76541 On April 2nd at approximately 9:45 PM, I stopped by this McDonald’s to pick up an order and also purchased a meal for a homeless man nearby. Later, when I returned to pick up another order, I saw the same gentleman sitting on the floor outside the entrance eating the food I had just bought for him. I went inside and asked why he was sitting outside instead of being allowed to eat in the lobby. The manager responded, “We don’t allow dirty menaces to eat in the lobby,” while smiling and chuckling. I was honestly shocked and told him that it was upsetting and unnecessary, especially since the restaurant was completely empty at the time. He replied, “It’s the rules, I don’t make them.” It was heartbreaking to see someone forced to sit outside on the ground to eat a meal that was purchased inside the restaurant, especially when there were plenty of empty seats available. To the owner and corporate: Is this truly store policy, as the manager stated? Because if so, this experience was deeply disappointing and lacked basic compassion and humanity.
