  The bakery exceeded my expectations! When I called to order the cake, I explained I bought rubber duck shaped candles and wanted the cake to look like they were floating on water. The female associate (I‘m regretting not taking her name down) who took the order understood my vision and ran with it! I think this is our cutest birthday cake ever. I’ve been shopping here for years and have never had a negative experience. Thanks HEB!

  I generally have great service with this store, and use curbside pickup every week. However at my last pickup a few days ago, I recieved an opened dryer sheet box with half of them missing. I submitted a claim, but this was several days ago, and I have yet to hear back.

  Really disappointed with neighborhood walmart on Clear Creek rd, Killeen. Looking for 24 pack of Coke, 3 associates talking to each other, asked if one could look in back cause out on shelf and was told it was a vender problem. All not busy talking to each other but to busy to look. Again, really upset.

  I had the pleasure to encounter or meet with Vanessa Washington several times and she really goes out to attend to the customers with an A+ Customer Service and with her humble heart really serves her well. I appreciate her as an amazing employee.

  I’ve been shopping at for years and usually have great experiences, but I need to address an ongoing issue that has not been resolved. For the past six months, there has been a “Special Kitty Gems” promotion advertised in-store. The promotion is displayed throughout the store, and when you check out, the register even prints out coupons related to it. However, neither the printed coupons nor the digital coupons that are scanned will work at checkout. They consistently fail every time. We are in the store every single day, so this has happened multiple times — not just once. Just this week alone, we have asked more than once for the issue to be fixed or for the coupon to be honored, and it still has not been resolved. Each time we bring it to the attention of staff, we’re told “sorry, there’s nothing we can do,” and the coupons are not honored. It is extremely frustrating to have a promotion advertised in the store, have coupons automatically printed at checkout, and then be told they cannot be used. If a promotion is being actively promoted and the system is generating coupons for it, customers should be able to rely on it working — or at the very least have it honored when the system fails. Six months is not a minor technical glitch. I’m hoping management will either correct the issue immediately or remove the promotion entirely so customers are not continually misled at checkout. I value shopping here, but this ongoing issue needs to be addressed.
