Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I ordered a chicken wrap and a drink, after waiting for over 15 minutes I parked and went inside when I approached the young man and asked him what was taking so long on a chicken wrap, he said “I don’t know. We gotta cook the chicken” to which I replied. I worked in fast food before, it does not take that long to make, he responded again with “I don’t know I. We gotta cook the chicken” When I received the wrap, It had one small piece of chicken in it and wasn’t even very hot. I will never return to this Whataburger again. Y’all really need to up if you’re hiring Level. He then proceeded ask me “Do you have someone else with you” but why does that matter? His response was “We already ran it out to you”. I responded with,no, you gave me my drink and that’s it. If I could give -10 stars, I would.

They said drive through. No where in the Grubhub did it tell me to go inside the store either. I WAIT IN LINE FOR 20 minutes Just to be told I have to go inside PER STORE POLICY. EXCUSE ME? Who is working for whataburger? Me? Or the employees! My order was already done 3 feet away and they refused to hand it to me. I was then still stuck in the drive through bc I couldn't go forward because of cars. I was there for 5 more minutes they could've handed me my order this wholeee time! I'm glad management cares so much about policy that it's making the customers WORK GETTING THEIR FOOD. This was the dumbest and most unpleasant experience with this store so far. Forget the extra forgetting sides constantly that I never report or go back to get it. I'll never go to this store again unless they fix this issue. It's ridiculous. AS A LAST STRAW. I found a an egg shell under my egg! here’s to hoping I did not swallow any..
