Im not the type to leave reviews, but Im genuinely frustrated. I placed a mobile order (chicken sandwich, baked potato, and 6 piece nuggets) and got there at 10:40, let them know I had a mobile order and she had me pull up to the window. She gave me my drink, told me all I was waiting on was the sandwich and had me pull forward. I was the only car there, but I don’t mind helping get times down or whatever. A few cars arrived after me, and I watched both cars get their drinks AND food, and both of them left. At 11 someone finally came out with my food, handed me the bag, said nothing and walked away, did not give me the chance to check or ask if I needed anything. I just got home and checked my bag bc I’m tired and just wanted to go home and eat, and tell me why I’m missing my nuggets. I should’ve checked to make sure it was in the bag while I was there, but if I’m going to be pulled forward, wait 15+ minutes and watch two other cars get their orders and leave before me after I had already been waiting, I expect to at least have everything in my bag. Highly disappointed
Also I wasn’t even given the right sandwich. I ordered the Asiago Ranch grilled chicken sandwich, with extra pickles, and it seems like I got a classic chicken sandwich instead.

Not my favorite location the store is always dirty on the inside I even today when I showed up in there it was soapy water all up underneath the drive-thru window I mean it wasn't just a little bit it was a whole huge puddle. Trash was all over the floor where they make food. Professionalism was pretty much non-existent at the location.

How come the dining room is shut down before 10:00 here it is it's 9:30 at night and the dining room should be closing at 10:00 not beforehand what's up with these restaurants

Update: Customer service and Martha (a different manager) were absolutely amazing. Changing my review from 1 star for that. They were all just as surprised as me. I was never rude during any interaction and tried to be as understanding as possible but using your manager status to not do something simply because you didn’t want to is not how life works when you work in a service job. Thankful for the staff members who helped get everything squared away. Again HUGE SHOUT OUT TO MARTHA and her morning crew. She is absolutely amazing and deserves all 5 stars!
01/01/26 at around 9pm. The employee on shift said the managers name was “AJ” unsure if that was truthful i don’t really care. They have an attitude problem. I paid for extra brown batter sauce, i don’t care if it’s 50¢ or $5.. I paid for it and that’s what i wanted. They gave the bare minimum and when the employee asked if they could just give me a little bit more they declined. I then showed him and he agreed that there was definitely NOT extra but they were the manager and there is nothing he can do other than ask them again. They then got smart and refused.
