Since it was my first time picking up a delivery through the drive-thru, I went to the window to ask how the process works. Instead of offering help, an older female employee began yelling loudly, saying I should have gone to the speaker first. She did not ask what I needed, did not explain the process, and made no attempt to help. She then told another male employee to “handle it” and walked away. I was simply asking for guidance, not arguing or causing an issue. There is no excuse for yelling at customers, especially when they are asking for help. The behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
