  Night shift don’t care about nothing, you have people coming back left and right because they messed up orders & no care in the world.. than wanna be upset makes no sense!!

  I've never been to a Taco Bell where I didn't like the food, I have to say the woman who took my orders she was polite and cordial I give you guys credit for that she was kind but the food that I got that wasn't so kind the Mexican pizza you guys could even be bothered to melt the cheese all the way, 3/4 of the way through the pizza I felt nauseous, not sure why I've never had that happen before then my spicy potato taco you guys pick the oldest possible shredded lettuce that you can find and put it on my taco the only other thing that I ordered the potatoes tasted old. I'm sad I love Taco Bell this isn't the experience I wanted to have.

  Food isnt bad but employees look at you and then ignore you, idk what management is training the employees but its gotta change or more reviews like this'll happen🤷🏻‍♂️

  I dont usually leave reviews of anything at all and was conflicted on what to do about this, but the service was not it. I went to this taco bell twice within 20-30 minutes. The first time was because I was getting my boyfriend something to eat and he wasn't sure what to get because he isn't huge on taco bell. We pulled up and immediately got asked about if we ordered online, we didn't which wasn't too bad I get it people have things they're required to say at a job. We said we didn't and asked for a minute to figure it out and got interrupted 2-3 times got asked if we needed help the first two times and the last time we were interrupted we got asked to come into the lobby because apparently the sign was better and easier to read in there. I personally think he was rushing us to keep his times shorter. We order and pull up to the window and we see him underfill the drink and try to compensate by just adding in a crap ton of ice to fix it, the drink still didn't even get close to the full line at all. We got the food and left. I figured I wanted taco bell to so I pulled up and immediately it was the same thing, just getting rushed to hurry up and order which was fine because I only get one thing from taco bell. I try to order a 3 soft taco combo like usual and when I asked for extra beef and to add beans I got told no. The worker told me it wasn't going to fit and at most he was only going to put them on the side. Which is kinda crazy because I get this at every taco bell in killeen. I told him nevermind and left. I went to the one on Fort Hood St, the service was significantly better and more polite.
