  Waiting for a door dash. Employee chose to help a customer that entered the store after I did. Waited 6 minutes past pickup time and got here 5 minutes before the pickup.

  Ordered 2 sandwiches today for lunch. When my wife and I got home and started eating, she loudly crunched into something, with a sandwich where nothing should be crunching. She spit the bite out, and in 1 single bite I picked through, i found these 3 small, sharp, serrated pieces of plastic. This is completely absurd. That could've done major damage her digestive system, or anyone else's for that matter. This is absurd and simply negligent.

  Felicia was the most upbeat and positive employee I’ve ever been served by at any establishment. She made the long wait in line worth it. Greeting every person who walked through the door.

  The guy that was in there was more worried about being on the phone then to make my Order that I ordered online when I got there to pick up my order he hasn’t even done it and I had to wait for 20 minutes past pick up time to get it and he moved so slow and when we left two other customers had to wait for there orders to be made so he needs help or get off the phone

  Waited about 15 minutes before the employee actually acknowledged me. I understand that DD orders take priority but and employee should acknowledge and at least say something to the new patrons entering the establishment. As for my sandwich... yes I like eating big sandwiches (floaters) but always the employees manage to close the Samson before cutting it in half so it's easy to wrap up... the employee who made my sandwich did not do that.
